Who we are
Komar Pikar Foundation (KPF) is a Cambodian non-government organization (NGO) registered
with the Ministry of Interior (Registeration No, 205).
We are passionate about the well being of children and young people with moderate to severe disabilities, and their families.

Our mission: is to provide quality holistic support, to ensure that policies and services are implemented to address the needs of those children and youth.

Our Activities
KPF is currently actively involved in improving the lives of 80 children. This in turn improves the well-being of some 200 family members and their ability to advocate for children with disability to be inclusive members of the community. KPF are also partnering with 6 other NGOS in other provinces.
Enabling children with moderate and severe disabilities to learn, develop and meet their
goals though high quality programs, services and support provided by our Community Day Centre Project which operated across rural Kampot.
Helping youth with moderate and severe disabilities learn new skills and become as independent as possible at the Activity Training Centre (ATC) Project located in the national Borei orphanage (NBIC) of Phnom Penh.
Partnering with parents and Children with disabilities
to empower and mobilize them to advocate for the rights and needs of their children, using self Help Groups and Parent Associations to work for long-term change.
Engaging with communities and their leaders to help them adopt our vision for an inclusive community where everyone is valued, while advocating for improved specialized services, in partnership with government and non government service providers and legisiators.
